Stefan Nespoli is the President of the CCI Grand River Chapter and a leader at Edison Engineers, where he supports condominium clients across the GTA and Southwestern Ontario. With a background in contracting and 15 years in condominium engineering consulting, Stefan specializes in reserve fund planning, performance audits, structural restoration, and building envelope systems. Passionate about condominium education and guiding condominium communities through challenging times, he has no shortage of experience trying to help Boards and owners understand how decisions they make today might impact their future.
