Karen Rubin, RCM, is a Condominium Manager at Del Property Management Inc. and has been working in the condominium industry since 2016. She has a background as a corporate and real estate law clerk with an honours bachelor’s degree from York University. When she is not managing condominiums, she is the chief chauffeur for her children’s busy social lives.

Jan Kundakci is a partner in the Condominium Practice at Adams + Miles, specializing solely in condominium audits. As a leader of the firm’s Condominium team, Jan works closely with condo boards, property managers and other key stakeholders to manage everything from their audit and reporting requirements to delivering solutions designed to mitigate accounting risk and unlocking new financial efficiencies.
Jan is committed to giving back to the condominium community across the Greater Toronto Area. Jan serves as a member of the CCI Toronto Legislative committee and regularly presents to both industry audiences and management companies regarding best practices.
Edmund Leong, Partner at Tator Rose & Leong
Edmund has built his experience around the development and growth of the audit practice specializing in the areas of condominium corporations, private career colleges, not for profit organizations as well as for profit entities that require regulatory compliance. He also lends his talents to the practice for both corporate and personal tax planning tied to strategic business development guidance.
