CCI - Toronto and Area Chapter is proud to present course 102 - Condominium Insurance Fundamentals, part of the CCI Condominium Director Certificate Program.
When it comes to condominium corporation insurance there is no choice whether to have protection or not. This course looks at the fundamentals of condominium property insurance and the difference between what the corporation must insure and what insurance responsibilities rest on the unit owners. It will also touch upon the differences between regular repair and maintenance, and insurable losses.
Since Condominium property insurance is a complex issue, this course is essential in providing a general understanding of basic property insurance concepts and obligations as they relate to a condominium.
